Casa Patrizia Rooms & Apartments is a characteristic farmhouse in a sunny position with a large garden (tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and deckchairs), common areas and living room. Free parking.

The STUBEN are our apartments of approx. 55-65 qm on the first or second floor, suitable for 2-6 persons. They have a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed (140X200) in the living room. In the living room there is a kitchen line with induction, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Pots and cookware, as well as glasses and plates, everything is available. The apartments have a bathroom partly with bath, as well as in most cases a further daily toilet with shower. TV with italian and german channels, as well as free internet WIFI. Casa Patrizia Rooms & Apartments offers a large garden with tables and chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers for all guests. Lounge and comfortable seats for pleasant chat hours are also available. An iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, as well as cleaning agents are available. On request baby bed, as well as baby high chair. Bed linen and towels, as well as kitchen towels are included in the price.
